Calories A-List - Terms and Conditions:

Operation Hours is from 8am to 2pm from Monday to Friday. IF time permits, I will access/answer emails/enquiries/orders on Saturdays and Sundays.

As I'm a mummy to a toddler and a baby, I'm might not be able to respond to your enquiries/orders immediately. Please do give me 3 working days to reply to your emails/orders. Thank you.

Please note that the products images colors listed in the website are shown as accurate as possible. However, colors may vary on individual PC setttings.


For Ribbons orders:
All orders with payment received before Thursday, 2pm will be mailed out on Friday before 10am. Mailing is done on Tuesdays and Fridays only. Postage and handling charges is ranging from S$0.80 to S$3.35. (depending on the total weight of the ribbons/envelope/packaging. Please refer to Singpost postage). Please add S$2.25 for registered mails.

For diaper gifts:
Customer could opt for self collection (Pasir Ris Dr 6) or Woodlands (only on sat/by appt) or courier service at an additional charge of estimated from $10.00 to $30.00 (depending on size of the diaper gifts). The prices are determinded by the courier company and not by me.

Mini Library of Ribbons:
- Ribbons are not cut till payment is received.
- Prices are subjected to change without pior notice.
- Once order is confirmed, please make payment to the given bank account number. (will be send via email)
- No cancellation to orders after payment made.
- All orders will be reserved for 2 days, if no payment is received, orders will be cancelled without notice.
- Prices quoted in the websites are exclusive of postage. For registered mail, please top up the normal + registered postage - S$2.25.
- Customers is strongly encouraged to select registered mail.
- Once orders is mailed out, I will not be held responsible for lost/damage mails.
- A continous cut of the ribbons will be given and if unable to do so, customer could opt for cancellation of orders (refund will be proces upon confirmation) or to proceed with existing orders.

Diaper Gifts:
- For ordering of diaper gifts, ie: tricycle, bicycle, motorbike, etc, please give 5 days notice in order to prepare your order.
- For ordering of DIY diaper cakes, 2 days notice is required in order to purchase diapers and rolling.
- Payment of 50% of the diaper gifts are required. (Not applicable for orders which is less than 5 days notice)
